Guarantee Agreement

We require a confirmation to guarantee attendance at least 48 hours in advance of all functions. Your invioce will be based on the guaranteed number, any charges over and above.

Due to City and provincial health regulations, the facility does not permit any food to be brought in from the outside. All food items must be supplied and prepared by Sultan/Maharaja Banquet Hall and our professionally trained staff. The facility does not allow take out containers or uncondumed food to be taken from venue due to city and provincial health regulations.

Sultan/Maharaha Banquet Hall reserves the right to provide alternate function space if changes in numbers, ser up requirements or time changes occur.
